This role is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving predictable revenue growth through an integrated and disciplined commercial operating system. The SVP, RevOps will oversee all aspects of revenue operations, sales planning, forecasting, analytics, and technology, ensuring seamless alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, this position translates commercial strategy into measurable results, enforces operational rigor, and champions data-driven decision-making. The role includes ownership of the full commercial technology stack, revenue performance management, and incentive programs, while leading a high-performing RevOps organization. Success requires a combination of strategic vision, deep technical expertise in Salesforce and RevOps tools, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and unify all revenue-generating functions around a scalable, data-driven operating model, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with commercial strategy.
- Translate strategy into operational plans, metrics, and forecasts while providing executive-level insights into revenue performance, pipeline health, and deal risk.
- Own the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce architecture, governance, consolidation, and adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Design, implement, and operate the commercial Management Operating System (MOS) including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring discipline, accountability, and actionable outcomes.
- Oversee sales planning, quota setting, territory design, incentive and compensation programs, and performance management to drive revenue predictability and team effectiveness.
- Enable GTM campaigns and programs, partnering with marketing to optimize demand generation and conversion while ensuring seamless handoffs across the revenue organization.
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven capabilities to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing RevOps team, establishing clear roles, career paths, and operating norms.
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy in B2B technology or infrastructure software environments.
- Proven success at the SVP/VP level, partnering with C-suite executives and boards on commercial performance and strategy.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org consolidation.
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, compensation design, and revenue analytics.
- Experience building and managing a formal commercial MOS with executive-level rigor.
- Strong analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguity while building scalable structures.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Preferred: experience with AI-enabled revenue operations, complex or enterprise sales, and acquisitive or platform consolidation environments.
