BackWait in Tulsa, Oklahoma at SUMMIT CORPORATION

The Summit is currently seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Back Waiter. This position is responsible for running food from the kitchen to the table and making sure it is served correctly in conjunction with the Server.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: MUST be a minimum of 21 Years old

• Set tables and clear helping servers.
• Maintain and stock all equipment needed to efficiently use the dining room.
• Fulfill side duties in assistance to the servers.
• Be cheerful and courteous to all guests, servers, and team members, and help maintain cordial decorum of the dining room.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and pleasantly turning them over to the manager.
• Be the eyes and ears of the dining room watching tables and guests to make sure that all is in order.

Job Types: Part-Time to Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, some Sundays required.
• Holidays required
• Day shift & Night shift

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Required)
