MGR CLINIC OPERATIONS at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center – Tampa, Florida

We are currently looking for a Manager of Clinic Operations for our Moffitt South Shore Campus:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management and coordination for all aspects of service delivery in each assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with nurses, department physicians, midlevels, administrators, and staff to provide the highest quality patient care, promoting Total Cancer Care.

Coordinate all aspects of clinic operations including support from ancillary and support departments. Prospectively monitor patient volumes and provider availability to ensure appropriate patient assignment and workload distribution. Oversee the revenue cycle from patient registration to checkout and all appropriate technical billing.

Experience Required:

Three years progressive leadership experience in nursing
Preferred: Two (2) yrs experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting

Education requirement:

BSN Required MSN Preferred

BCLS
RN License
National Certification (preferred)
