Security Operations Sergeant - Site/Shift Supervisor in Jackson, Ohio at Holzer Health System

Works under the supervision of the Security Operations Manager/Chief Security Officer. Responsible for providing a safe and secure environment throughout the entire Holzer Health System including all owned and operated properties. Security Operations Supervisors are required to respond immediately to any safety or security situation requiring security personnel. Also required to supervise work and training schedules for all security personnel working at their assigned facility. Properly and accurately document daily operations and security incidents as required by Holzer Health System. Personnel are also required to perform other duties as assigned and required by Security Supervision.

Education, Work Experience and Licensure
a. Education:
 High School graduate or equivalent.

b. Licensure/Certification: Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy Certificate or IAHSS Basic/Advanced Security Officer Training Certificate preferred.

c. Experience: One year prior law enforcement or 2 years Holzer Health System Security experience preferred.

d. Driver’s License valid and in good standing
