• Maintains all duties of a regular employee and shift supervisor plus
• Ensures the store is stocked and grand opening ready 7 days per week.
• Ensures all policy is being adhered to.
• Works with the manager ensuring a fun, productive work environment is being provided.
• Models customer first attitude.
• Disseminates information provided by the general manager or 1000 Degrees Corporate to supervisors and regular employees as directed.
• Assists the general manager
• Recognizes and develops regular employee's desire to grow within the company.
• Completes the ordering of all food, paper, beverage and miscellaneous product.
