SENIOR ABUSE PROG SUP CM in Chicago, Illinois at Sinai Chicago

Coordinate the day-today operations of Adult Protective Services. Coordination of care for abuse victims and ensuring that the necessary required IDOA referrals are completed and sent to Department of Family and Support Services, Illinois Department of Aging, and Aging network manager in the time frame sit by IDOA.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master's preferred).

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferably as a Case Manager or in a health care setting)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers in a diverse environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations required.; intermediate working knowledge of specified PC applications, software and database management (Word, Excel, Outlook and Meditech).
• Intermediate level math skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
