Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent

Required length and type of experience:- Two (2) years experience as a Patient Support Representative in PM&R; working knowledge of health center EMR, Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, business office equipment

Required licensure, certification or registry:- Medical terminology preferred
