Entry Point Ambassador at Southwestern Vermont Health Care – Bennington , Vermont

The Entry Point Ambassador greets and asks screening questions of all incoming patients, visitors, and vendors in accordance with current algorithm. Provides appropriate mask, label, and wayfinding assistance to each patient, visitor, and vendor. The Entry Point Ambassador ensures clean and safe space by keeping working area and all other critical touch areas sanitized, and free of debris and food. Other duties of the Entry Point Ambassador include; transporting and escorting patients and their families to/from their destination within SVMC, following wheelchair etiquette and patient safety, demonstrates strong customer service skills, adheres to PPE requirements, and learns key locations in SVMC.
