Position Purpose

The Project Coordinator plays a versatile role supporting both marketing initiatives and basic IT needs. This position works closely with the marketing team to provide local content, assist with campaigns, and manage website updates. Additionally, the coordinator provides on-site technical support for computer and phone systems and helps upload training content to the online learning platform. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly in a small, fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hr. plus potential profit share

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update website content as needed, including training calendars.
  • Provide in-house technical support for computers and phone systems.
  • Support the marketing team by providing localized content such as event details, promotional information, and social media ideas for editing and publication.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with the corporate marketing team on content development, campaigns, and social media activities.
  • Maintain and update the customer enrollment database, ensuring accurate records of program participants and timely data entry.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation and guides to support producers with enrollment processes.
  • Edit and enhance recorded training sessions to the online learning platform.
  • Manage the learning platform by overseeing course uploads, user access, and content updates; provide responsive customer service support to users by troubleshooting platform issues and answering inquiries to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a similar field and/or equivalent combination of work and experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of PC hardware.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams.

Physical Requirements

  • This position may include lifting up to 25lbs from floor to counter.
