Are you ready to learn from the best and grow into a field leadership role? Our Field Engineer roles are designed for individuals eager to gain real-world experience on job sites while being mentored by seasoned Superintendents.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with safety coordination, subcontractor oversight, and site logistics.
  • Help resolve design issues and track RFIs, permits, and jobsite documentation.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and support layout and measurements.
  • Contribute to job site meetings and daily operations.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred).
  • 6+ months of field commercial construction or internship experience.
  • Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel daily to various job sites and work flexible hours.
  • Level 2 requires prior Field Engineer experience and the ability to lead small teams.

Travel Requirements:

  • Daily travel to various job site locations within 100-mile radius of office
  • Occasional travel to meetings or events within 50-mile radius of office, 4 – 6 times per year
  • Occasional out-of-town assignments

Physical Demands of Job:

  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors without temperature control continuously
  • Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects without assistance from other personnel or lifting equipment
  • Constant standing, frequent walking, occasional kneeling/squatting/climbing
  • Ability to maintain balance while walking and working on scaffolds and ladders
  • Ability to reach for, grasp, and manipulate construction materials and tools
  • Ability to see well (naturally or with correction)
