We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated Fleet Sales Consultant to grow our commercial sales footprint. What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with local and regional businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators.
• Identify vehicle needs, recommend tailored solutions, and close sales across Ford's fleet/commercial lineup (light-duty to medium-duty trucks and vans).
• Act as a primary point of contact for your commercial clients — from order placement to delivery and beyond.
• Attend networking events, industry meetings, and on-site customer visits to grow your pipeline.
• Collaborate with the inventory, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets — yes, they’re real, and yes, they come with real rewards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven B2B or fleet/commercial sales experience (automotive experience preferred but not required).
• Strong understanding of vehicle specs, configurations, and commercial use-cases — or the willingness to learn quickly.
• A hunter’s mindset with farmer’s follow-through: you enjoy pursuing new business and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
