• Lead Open Enrollment + manage new hire benefits
• Maintain plans in UKG & process benefits paperwork
• Assist with STD claims, QLEs, COBRA, and LOAs
• Communicate clearly with employees & vendors
• Keep records up to date + support wellness programs

🎓 Degree in HR or 2+ yrs benefits admin experience
🛡️ HIPAA/compliance knowledge
💻 Excel & Word skills (UKG is a bonus!)
🗂️ Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused

• $65K–$75K/year + annual raise potential up to 5%
