Multi-Site Bilingual Property Manager in Denton/Dallas, Texas at Granite Managment LLC

Seeking a Positive, reliable, honest and experienced property manager in Denton & Dallas for a multi-site Manufactured Home Community. Weather you are looking to grown as a Community manager, looking to move into the MH industry or looking to expand within the industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Managing multiple communities within our portfolio, including but not limited to responsible for overseeing maintenance, upkeep of communities by ensuring all tenants comply with community standards as well as maintain tenant retention. other duties:

• Tenant Screening: From marketing and obtaining leads to application process including background checks and verifying past rental and employment.
• Property Maintenance: Knowing property vs tenant responsibility. Assuring Maintenance is keeping the property maintained to Company Standards as well as manager inspections and issuing violations.
• Financial Management: Detailed financial reporting with monthly budget comparisons to ensure budgets are met. Keeping delinquency low through rent collection efforts and resident retention.
• Community Marketing: Effective marketing strategies to minimize/fill vacancies.
• Resident Retention: Retaining current tenants through monthly incentives and community events.

Requirements: ​

• Valid Driver License (Commuting to multiple sites is required)
• Reliable Transportation (Commuting to multiple properties is required)
• Proven work experience as property or Community manager 2+ years preferred.
• Leasing/marketing experience 2+ years preferred.
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management - hold tenants to community standards by issuing violations
• Competency in Excel and MS Word
• Flexible
• Multi-Task
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
