Bartenders & Function Waiters in Sydney, New South Wales at Drinkability

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking casual Bartenders and Function Waiters to join our team, working across a wide range of corporate functions and private events.

Responsibilities:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (bar service, tray service, top-ups)

• Work collaboratively with other team members (Supervisors + other Bartenders + Waiters)

• Collaborate/liaise with our food catering partners and their wait-staff to ensure delivery of a cohesive F&B service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout each function.

• Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous relevant experience is essential (2+ years).

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize during fast-paced events.

• A positive and customer-oriented attitude to deliver outstanding client/guest experiences.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.

• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
