Member Service Representative at 1st Liberty Federal Credit Union – Great Falls, Montana

1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Full-time Member Service Representative for one of our branches in Montana. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members and we know that all starts with our employee's. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: assisting members with all their account financial needs in person and over the telephone providing account information, providing share and loan rates, processing various financial transactions, processing loan payments, deposit verifications, lien releases and matching our members' needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Assistant.
