What You’ll Do
As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your day will include:

• Preparing hot food items according to standard recipes and guest requests.

• Ensuring consistency, quality, and plate presentation that exceeds expectations.

• Completing prep work, setting stations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

• Handling food safely, labeling, storing, and rotating items properly.

• Supporting the Chef with ordering and collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage team.

• Bringing creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift.

• At least one (1) year of culinary experience (hospitality experience preferred).

• Hot line experience required.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
