Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, modular systems that minimize technical debt and anticipate future use cases

• Enforce clean, well-documented code standards and conduct rigorous peer reviews

• Identify opportunities to build reusable components, libraries, and tools to accelerate team productivity

• Lead feature development from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and sprint goals

• Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks in rendering, API calls, and state management

• Collaborate with back-end engineers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and deliverables

• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 4+ years of experience in front-end software development

• Mastery of React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Familiarity with Ruby (optional, but helpful if working with full-stack or Ruby on Rails)

• Strong experience with architectural best practices, including modular design, loose coupling, and reusable components

• Proven ability to mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and help scale frameworks

• Expertise in test-driven development (unit, integration, performance) and security-first coding practices

• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple project deadlines
