Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Marketing Community Liaison to lead outreach efforts, build strategic relationships, and drive new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in healthcare marketing, community engagement, and relationship-building. You will serve as the face of Sunland Home Care in the community, connecting with referral sources and promoting our services to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, and other healthcare and community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and community partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Represent Sunland Home Care at community events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Track and report on referral activity, conversion rates, and market feedback.

Client Engagement & Onboarding

• Conduct in-home or virtual assessments with prospective clients and families.
• Educate families on available services and care options.
• Facilitate client onboarding, including documentation, service agreements, and deposit collection.
• Follow up with referral sources and care teams to ensure continuity and satisfaction.

Community Relations

• Act as a liaison between Sunland Home Care and the communities we serve.
• Address inquiries and feedback from clients, families, and partners.
• Promote Sunland’s mission and values through consistent, professional representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Health, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, or business development.
• Proven success in relationship-building and client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and fingerprint clearance card.

Compensation & Incentives
This full-time exempt position offers a base salary of $60,000 annually, along with a performance-based commission structure. Specific commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
