Who You Are:

• A Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and great communication skills
• You have at least one year of experience in a veterinary setting
• Confident in blood draws and client communication
• Self-sufficient but also a true team player
• Physically able to handle a fast-paced day (on your feet for 4–5 hours at a time)
• Focused and Reliable

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drawing blood from cats and dogs like a pro (must-have skill!)
• Assisting with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support (bonus!)
• Providing compassionate, clear communication with clients
• Supporting our DVMs in exams, treatments, and procedures
• Keeping the hospital flowing smoothly with teamwork and initiative
• Helping out with kennel care during holiday shifts (we all pitch in!)

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Business hours are:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday = 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Tuesday = 8:00am - 7:00pm
• We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits—flexibility matters here
