Job Title: General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations of our quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of QSR management experience and be proficient in managing Profit and Loss Statements to drive financial performance. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

• Lead, train, coach, and develop team members to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor, analyze, and act upon Profit and Loss (P&L) Statements to meet or exceed financial targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.

• Drive sales through local store marketing, upselling, and superior guest service.

• Implement systems to maintain high food quality, speed of service, and consistency.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of QSR management experience in a high-volume environment.

• Proven ability to manage P&L Statements and make data-driven business decisions.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Proficient in POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, email).

• ServSafe Certification (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
