This is an opportunity to influence complex enterprise implementations and help project-driven organizations streamline processes across scheduling, operations, and financial management.

Accountabilities
  • Lead or support Oracle Primavera P6 implementations, configurations, upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.

  • Configure project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), activities, dependencies, calendars, resources, and baselines.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, critical path analyses, resource-loaded plans, forecasts, and schedule performance reports.

  • Support earned value management, progress measurement, change control, and cost and schedule variance analysis.

  • Gather business requirements through discovery sessions and workshops, translating customer needs into functional solutions.

  • Define and support integration requirements between Primavera P6 and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including Project Management, Project Financial Management, Procurement, Inventory, and General Ledger.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish data flows, integration architecture, and system responsibilities for schedules, budgets, resources, commitments, actual costs, and project status.

  • Support integration testing, data validation, issue resolution, end-to-end process testing, data conversion, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

  • Align project scheduling with financial planning, procurement commitments, material availability, resource requirements, and project forecasting.

  • Develop functional documentation, solution designs, process flows, test scripts, demonstrations, and training materials.

  • Recommend process improvements and opportunities to standardize project management practices across business units and project portfolios.

  • Communicate solution concepts and project outcomes clearly to business stakeholders and customer leadership.

  • Depending on project needs, assist with staff training, workflow coordination, team interviews, and project performance evaluations.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • At least 7–10 years of related professional experience.

  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Primavera P6.

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, WBS structures, critical path methodology, baselines, resource planning, and project controls.

  • Experience working with complex, project-driven organizations, preferably in construction, engineering and construction (E&C), utilities, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.

  • Understanding of project cost management, budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project management, finance, procurement, operations, and technical delivery teams.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as required by customer projects, including potential on-site assignments.

  • A reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment for remote assignments.
