JOB TITLE: Customer Excellence Representative - Luxury Client Services & Inside Sales

LOCATION: Remote but must be in NC OR FL

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

PAY: $21-25 per hour (DOE) plus incentive plan

JOB DESCRIPTION

Love building relationships and turning conversations into sales? Tacori is looking for a Customer Excellence Representative to follow up on quotes, grow our retail partner relationships, and deliver white glove, luxury-level service every step of the way.

Tacori is a family-owned fine jewelry house, handcrafting engagement and fine jewelry in our California Design Studios since 1979. As a Customer Excellence Representative, you are the daily voice of Tacori for retail partners nationwide. You turn a jewelry dream into a lasting memory, one quote, one custom order, one conversation at a time.

Experience in luxury customer service, VIP client services, concierge, reservations, hospitality, or high-end retail is a great fit for this role. Product training is provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Follow up on quotes and open orders with retail partners to build trust, answer questions, and turn opportunities into sales.

- Build lasting relationships with retail partners through proactive, personal communication.

- Own the client buying experience end to end, including accurate quotes, order processing, and fast turnaround.

- Bring custom and bridal designs to life, partnering with our design team from concept through final delivery.

- Be a go-to resource for retail partners by sharing product knowledge, campaign updates, and sales tools that help them sell with confidence.

- Coordinate point-of-sale materials and event orders so partners can showcase Tacori beautifully.

- Support the sales team with returns, inventory, and everyday problem-solving.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 2-4 years of experience in sales and customer service. Luxury, hospitality, concierge, VIP services, reservations, or high-end retail backgrounds are welcome.

- A track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

- A natural relationship builder who genuinely cares about the people you work with, whether a client, a retail partner, or a teammate.

- Strong math skills. You will be building custom quotes regularly.

- A self-starter who takes ownership and does not need to be micromanaged.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $27.00 per hour, full-time, based at our Tacori office in Glendale, CA.
