DIETITIAN - Bariatrics in Auburn, New York at Auburn Community Hospital

Provide nutritional assessment and counseling for bariatric surgery patients. Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of nutritional services.This role will focus on providing state-of-the-art nutrition education in a variety of settings to patients and their families, helping to optimize the clinical outcomes of their surgical treatment. This dietitian will perform initial and follow-up assessments, recommend appropriate nutrition interventions preoperatively and postoperatively, and provide individualized patient education and resources based on identified needs.

Qualifications:
Must possess accreditation as a Registered Dietitian. Three (3) to five (5) years experience or the equivalent thereof in an acute care setting preferred.

Salary - $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
