We are currently seeking highly motivated students to join our Retail Team in Dartmouth for a summer co-op opportunity.

This seasonal position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, retail operations, and team collaboration.

As a Summer Student Retail Sales Associate, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide product knowledge
• Support daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, and display upkeep
• Process purchases and handle basic transactions
• Support online orders, in-store pickups, and special events

An interest in retail or customer service is considered an asset.

• Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset (not required)
• Available to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and staying active throughout shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance)
• Basic computer skills are considered an asset

• Environment: Retail store environment; may include some outdoor tasks
• Hours: Full-time seasonal role with flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods, lifting, and active work

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report incidents, injuries, or concerns immediately
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
