Job Description

Marketing Specialist, New Logo Acquisition

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist, New Logo Acquisition in United States.

This role sits within a fast-moving demand generation environment focused on driving new customer acquisition and building qualified pipeline across the landscaping and arboriculture SaaS space. You will play a key part in executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that turn prospects into engaged opportunities. The role blends hands-on execution with experimentation, especially across email marketing, webinars, and direct mail. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, content, events, and partnerships. The environment is highly collaborative and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on testing, learning, and optimization. This is an opportunity to directly influence pipeline growth in a niche, high-value B2B industry while working in a culture that values speed, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Build, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns focused on new logo acquisition, ensuring strong segmentation, personalization, and continuous A/B or multivariate testing of subject lines, CTAs, timing, and creative assets to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support and coordinate direct mail and gifting initiatives that complement outbound and nurture strategies for high-value prospects, ensuring alignment with broader campaign goals and messaging.
  • Plan, set up, and execute webinars in collaboration with stakeholders, including registration flows, promotional campaigns, and post-event nurture sequences to generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with marketing operations to maintain campaign structure, naming conventions, Asana workflows, and reusable templates, ensuring operational consistency and scalability across demand generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with events and partnerships teams to support field marketing campaigns, including pre-event promotion, live engagement communications, account targeting, and post-event follow-up focused on pipeline creation.
  • Create and distribute acquisition-focused email content such as newsletters, campaign roundups, and promotional messaging tailored to prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Publish and maintain landing pages, event pages, and website content that support demand generation initiatives and ensure optimized lead capture experiences.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, meeting bookings), document insights, and continuously refine test strategies to improve results across channels.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or demand generation environments focused on pipeline and new customer acquisition.
  • Proven experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization based on data insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and conversion-focused messaging for emails, landing pages, and prospect-facing content.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and webinar tools such as Zoom.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and testing roadmaps simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and experience working across demand generation, digital marketing, content, and partnerships teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand niche industries such as landscaping, arboriculture, and field service operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range based on location (USD 78,000 – 95,000 for US-based candidates).
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans (US) or employer-funded health support options (Canada).
  • Retirement savings support including 401(k) matching (US) and RRSP matching (Canada).
  • Unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, and a company-wide winter break to support work-life balance.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with strong emphasis on autonomy and collaboration.
  • Professional development support, including learning resources, courses, and career growth conversations.
  • Additional benefits such as HSA/FSA options, disability and life insurance (US), and mental health support coverage (Canada).
