Accountabilities:

Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, including DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and data modeling.
Analyze ServiceNow ticketing and operational data to generate insights and identify process improvement opportunities.
Use AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and decision-making across workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations consulting, analytics, or data-focused roles.
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and API integration.
Advanced SQL Server expertise including writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
Practical exposure to generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and tools like OpenAI or Google Gemini.
Experience working with ServiceNow reporting or operational datasets is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.
