This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and customer success, where you will act as a trusted advisor to key enterprise clients. You will be responsible for shaping long-term technology roadmaps, driving operational excellence, and influencing strategic decisions that directly impact business outcomes. The position requires a strong blend of technical depth and business acumen, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives across large-scale environments. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Operating in a highly autonomous environment, you will lead major projects that span multiple domains and organizational boundaries. - Lead the execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects and operational initiatives with significant impact on departmental and organizational outcomes.
- Contribute to the definition of departmental goals, strategic planning, budgeting, and operational roadmaps.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex, ambiguous problems affecting multiple teams, functions, or business units.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and service delivery models to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Act as a key communication bridge with internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers and vendors.
- Influence policies, procedures, and operational practices across teams while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members while delegating and reviewing work outputs.
- 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combinations such as Master’s with 6+ years or PhD with 3+ years) in a technology, architecture, or enterprise solution-focused role.
- Recognized subject matter expertise with deep specialization in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or related technical domains.
- Strong experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and drive operational and strategic decisions.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise systems, architecture principles, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading technical or operational teams is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in InfoScale environments (10+ years preferred) is highly desirable.
- Based in Pune, India, or willing to work closely with Pune-based teams.
