This role sits at the center of complex technology project delivery, ensuring large-scale technical initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and engineering objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders, driving clarity, structure, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent projects. The position requires both strong technical fluency and exceptional project leadership skills to manage dependencies, risks, and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into detailed project plans and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and vendors. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts network infrastructure, service delivery, and operational performance. You will also play a key role in process optimization and continuous improvement, helping refine how projects are scoped, executed, and delivered at scale. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end technical project execution, ensuring alignment across teams while maintaining control over scope, schedule, and budget.
- Direct cross-functional project teams to ensure efficient execution, high-quality delivery, and clear visibility across all phases of project lifecycles.
- Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines, and budget updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate availability and utilization of technical materials, resources, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, constraints, and resource gaps while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues, prioritization conflicts, and cross-team alignment challenges.
- Review existing workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and communication of project status, milestones, and outcomes.
This role requires strong technical project management experience combined with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a telecommunications or infrastructure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience accepted).
- Proven experience in technical project management, ideally within telecommunications, fiber, HFC, or network infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in complex technical settings.
- Familiarity with telecom technologies such as PON, DOCSIS, and outside plant engineering concepts.
- Experience using project management and workflow tools (e.g., SiteTracker or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation and complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- PMP certification is preferred.
