About the Role

Bloomwell is seeking a Telehealth Support BCBA to provide remote clinical support across multiple locations. This role is designed to offer flexible, high-impact clinical leadership without maintaining a permanently assigned full caseload.

The Telehealth BCBA will partner with onsite teams to ensure continuity of care, clinical quality, and support during transitions, growth, or coverage needs across centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations

  • Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions
  • Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress reports
  • Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, and relationship building
  • Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed
Caseload Structure
  • This role does not carry a permanent full caseload
  • Caseload is distributed and flexible, based on business needs and center support requirements
  • Focus is on clinical support, consultation, and oversight, rather than full direct caseload ownership
Location Requirements
  • Candidates must reside in the same state as the caseload they support due to licensure and telehealth regulations
  • Example: A BCBA supporting North Carolina clients must reside in North Carolina
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery
  • Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience with telehealth service delivery strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
What Makes This Role Unique
