Description

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Enter and manage customer orders and updates in internal systems
  • Provide order status updates, shipping information, and product support
  • Assist with returns, repairs, and exchanges
  • Ensure accurate invoicing by coordinating across systems
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Support high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience in manufacturing or healthcare environments
