Senior Recruiter Motorsports & Performance Recruiting Supporting Ford

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter – Motorsports & Performance Recruiting – Supporting Ford based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to lead hiring efforts for highly specialized technical and engineering talent within the automotive and motorsports industries. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top professionals across performance engineering, manufacturing, and technical business functions. You'll play a strategic role by providing market insights, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and building long-term talent pipelines in niche markets. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you'll help shape hiring decisions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. This fully remote position offers the chance to work on high-impact recruiting initiatives supporting cutting-edge innovation in mobility and performance engineering.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates within motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering talent markets.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of specialized professionals, including engineers, technicians, program managers, business leaders, and executive talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define recruitment strategies, and align on hiring priorities throughout the selection process.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability data to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships within specialized technical communities by leveraging networking, referrals, industry events, professional associations, and sourcing platforms.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM records while ensuring recruiting workflows remain organized, compliant, and efficient.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication, coordinating interviews, supporting offer negotiations, and facilitating onboarding activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive roles.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates within niche or highly competitive talent markets.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, and other modern sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of motorsports, vehicle performance systems, automotive engineering, or aftermarket automotive industries is highly desirable.
  • Existing professional network within the motorsports or performance automotive community is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to provide strategic talent market insights in addition to delivering high-quality recruitment execution.

  • Annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, based on experience, education, and work location.
