This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Consultora de Implantação based in Brazil.

This role is focused on the implementation and support of healthcare software solutions within complex clinical and hospital environments. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and technical teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of critical systems that improve patient care and operational efficiency. The position involves both on-site and remote interactions with clients, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will play a key role in bridging clinical workflows and technology, ensuring systems are properly integrated, tested, and optimized according to client needs.
The role also includes training users, supporting troubleshooting activities, and participating in help desk operations when needed.

Accountabilities
  • Support healthcare professionals and administrative staff in the use and adoption of clinical software systems.
  • Participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of healthcare applications at client sites or remotely.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and development teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Configure systems according to client requirements and validate functional specifications.
  • Perform functional testing and ensure system stability and correct behavior after deployment.
  • Provide training sessions to clinical and administrative users to ensure effective system adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting and incident resolution (Level I and II support).
  • Participate in help desk activities, including on-call support when required.
  • Document implementation activities, configurations, and technical procedures.
  • Manage integration of existing applications within hospital and clinical environments.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Radiology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex software environments, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of hospital or clinical workflows and healthcare operational processes.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Oracle (differential).
  • Knowledge of SQL and IT systems integration (differential).
  • Experience working in ITIL-based environments and structured support processes.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies (differential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with advanced or fluent level considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with high attention to detail.
