We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cash Manager/Cash Analyst to join our treasury team. In this role, you will act as a key Cash Manager/Cash Analyst, overseeing daily cash transactions, managing multi-bank accounts, and driving short-term cash forecasting. Compensation & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid
• Pay: $65,561-$86,860/year*

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Oversee daily transactions, cash positioning, and multi-bank account management as the primary Cash Manager.
• Forecasting & Treasury Operations: Drive short-term cash forecasting by validating and identifying complex banking transactions.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot daily transaction issues and resolve general banking discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to answer treasury-related questions and fulfill operational needs.
• System Optimization: Support the implementation and improvement of treasury systems, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Executive Support: Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to assist the Director of Treasury with payment approval decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, corporate banking, or a Treasury Manager role.

Platform Experience (Pluses)

• Online Banking: Experience with platforms like M&T Treasury Center, NBT Bank, or NCU is highly preferred.
• Software: Experience with CPSI healthcare software is a strong plus.
