We are looking for a Bilingual HR Intern (English/Spanish preferred) to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.
• Assist with I-9 verification and employee record maintenance.
• Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS.
• Help coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
• Assist with payroll and benefits-related administrative tasks.
• Employee communication
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and special HR projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
