We primarily service commercial HVAC systems throughout the greater Houston area with occasional work at industrial facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain, and occasionally install commercial HVAC equipment including:

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Package Units
• Split Systems
• Mini-Splits
• Wall-Mounted Systems
• Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
• Other common commercial HVAC systems

As opportunities arise, technicians may also gain experience working on larger commercial and industrial equipment, including chillers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Complete scheduled and emergency service calls
• Perform repairs and equipment replacements
• Complete detailed and accurate electronic service reports
• Travel between customer locations throughout the Houston area
• Provide professional customer service
• Work safely and follow all company and customer safety requirements
• Work independently while supporting fellow team members when needed

What We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced HVAC technicians who enjoy solving problems, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a professional team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid understanding of the refrigeration cycle
• EPA Certification
• Texas TDLR Technician Registration
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass customer-required safety training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Experience That Will Help

• 10+ years of HVAC experience
• TWIC Card
• Chiller experience

Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must:

• Pass a background investigation
• Pass a motor vehicle record review
• Pass post-offer drug screening (breath alcohol, urine, and hair follicle)
• Participate in annual, random, and for-cause testing as required
• Successfully complete required company and customer safety training

Union Information

Prior union membership is not required.

Employees must either be current members of Pipefitters Local 211 or be willing to join after hire. If you're not currently a member, we'll help guide you through the process.

Our work is primarily located throughout the greater Houston metropolitan area with occasional travel to:

• Baytown
• Conroe
• Freeport
• Galveston
• Bay City
