Looking for a great part-time opportunity with a consistent schedule? We're seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to provide front desk coverage every Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Sort incoming mail and distribute or scan documents to the appropriate individuals.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Help ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcoming.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and common office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
