In This Role, You Will:
- Support daily administrative operations
- Maintain departmental records, files, and administrative information
- Provide accounting and financial support
- Assist with resident and property operations
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training programs, conferences, and company events
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives
- Maintain effective working relationships with employees, residents, vendors, and external partners
- Other job duties as assigned
- One year of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs, property management operations, or related industry experience preferred
