- Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches and menu items according to Firehouse Subs standards.
- Accurately take customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work together with teammates to ensure fast, accurate service.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
