Position Title: Sales Engineer

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Iron Bow, Sales Engineers are seasoned engineering professionals with a deep passion for technology and commitment to helping customers achieve their business outcomes. To excel in this position, you must possess a keen eye for detail, a creative problem-solving mindset, and ability to think outside the box. You should also be able to work with a sense of urgency and have a passion for innovation. This is a part-time hourly position.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers and Account Teams
  • Obtain customer integration service needs, challenges and product requirements to develop business cases to drive solutions
  • Understand and communicate IT strategy and vision based on Iron Bows capabilities to meet your customers technical requirements

SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS

  • A broad understanding of technology and the ability to consult with the customer regarding cloud, collaboration, security, data center, networking mobility & end user devices, managed services and digital/IoT transformation
  • Lead the development of solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer mission and requirements
  • US citizenship is required
  • Government clearance TS/SCI and requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent years of experience and 10+ years-related experience
  • Government contracting experience desired but not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT INFORMATION

The hourly rate for this position is $50 - $58.00 an hour. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs.

Iron Bow Technologies reserves the right to fill this role at a different level, depending on qualifications and organizational priorities. This range represents only one component of Iron Bows total compensation package. An overview of our benefits is available on our careers page.
