Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service during breakfast hours and banquet events

- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction

- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and banquet areas

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all service functions

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and hotel policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and during banquet events as needed

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
