Iterate rapidly on product concepts and solutions through an agile approach of designing, implementing, validating, and refining.
Help ensure solutions are consistent and harmonized across the broader application ecosystem.

Take ownership of product quality and outcomes, maintaining a strong focus on customer value, execution, and continuous improvement.
4+ years of progressive experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of products or significant product areas.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in product design, product development, strategic planning, and translating customer needs into product solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Experience collaborating closely with engineering and QA teams to define, design, build, test, and deliver software products.
Strong product ownership skills, including roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional alignment.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
Experience with data modeling, including entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and tools such as Lucidchart, is an asset.
Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product or engineering backlogs is preferred.
Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and technical constraints is preferred.
