Full-Time | $54,000-$59,000/year | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent physical limitations. This role provides hands-on therapy while educating patients throughout their recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, identify functional limitations, and establish treatment goals
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, massage, traction, and other appropriate treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and patient responses accurately
- Educate patients and families on home exercises, injury prevention, and ongoing care
- Review physician referrals and medical records to support treatment planning
- Recognize conditions outside the scope of physical therapy and make appropriate referrals
- Coordinate with and provide direction to physical therapy support staff as needed
- Discharge patients when treatment goals are met and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations
- Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards and complete required training
Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapy aide
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency or crisis situations
