Great food, cold beer, and a welcoming space. That’s the Squatters experience, and it starts before the first guest arrives. We’re looking for a dependable Morning Janitor / Restaurant Cleaner who takes pride in keeping our Downtown Pub clean and ready for service. You’ll also enjoy employee meal discounts, because being part of the crew should come with a taste of the good stuff.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain dining areas, bar floors, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and mats.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, surfaces, and frequently touched areas.
• Empty trash, replenish restroom supplies, and keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized.
• Complete routine cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning using established checklists.
• Follow safe chemical handling and sanitation procedures.
• Check your work before finishing and report maintenance, supply, or safety concerns to restaurant leadership.
• Follow procedures for accessing and securing the building.

What You Bring to the Table

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for morning shifts.
• Attention to detail and pride in a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and complete tasks on time.
• Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment after training.
• Ability to perform active cleaning work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and using stairs, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
• Janitorial, restaurant, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
