Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to campaigns, creative concepts, and audience engagement initiatives while ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging. Accountabilities:
  • Create visually engaging social media assets that align with brand guidelines, tone, and campaign objectives across digital platforms.
  • Produce, edit, and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to maximize audience engagement and interaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, community, and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling and creative alignment across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize AI-powered creative tools to enhance content production workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality visual standards.
  • Develop scalable templates, motion graphics, and lightweight animations to support social media and marketing activities.
  • Stay informed about evolving social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviors to continuously improve content performance.
  • Support community engagement initiatives by delivering creative assets for updates, contests, and promotional activities while managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in roles such as Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer, Creative Content Artist, or similar digital content-focused positions.
  • Strong proficiency in creative software including Photoshop, After Effects, and related design or editing tools.
  • Experience producing social media video content and familiarity with motion graphics or animation techniques is highly valued.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and tools such as Scenario, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms.
  • Solid understanding of social media ecosystems, content formats, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a professional level of English proficiency (minimum C1).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively balancing creativity, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Must meet technical requirements including stable high-speed internet, compatible hardware/software, and smartphone access for authentication purposes.
  • Candidates should currently reside in one of the eligible hiring locations across Europe, Africa, Asia, or Latin America.
