This role is designed for a seasoned operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven support environments. You will oversee and optimize technical support operations within a Microsoft M365 ecosystem, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong team performance, and continuous process improvement. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for guiding teams, shaping operational policies, and driving measurable outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable team objectives while ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders. A strong focus on customer experience, performance metrics, and operational efficiency will define your success. - Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Lead and manage technical support operations within the Microsoft M365 environment, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce standardized processes, best practices, and operational frameworks to improve productivity and consistency.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as NSAT scores, productivity metrics, and service quality benchmarks.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management support to team members, including engineers, team leaders, and management trainees.
- Drive onboarding and induction of new joiners into technical support processes and standards.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Lead continuous service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing expectations across different levels of the organization.
- Oversee critical and complex operational changes while ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
- Graduate degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations management or operations leadership within technical support environments.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft M365 technical support processes (mandatory).
- Prior experience in a Concierge line of business is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Strong process orientation with experience in building, improving, and standardizing operational workflows.
