- Lead and coordinate small project management teams while supporting the delivery of components within larger, complex programs.
- Assign and guide work for project team members, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of deliverables.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while supporting development of project financials and resource planning.
- Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through structured reporting and proactive communication.
- Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with client expectations and securing stakeholder approval.
- Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project objectives are clearly understood and effectively executed.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or business transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent knowledge preferred.
- Experience with budget planning, financial tracking, and project management tools.
- Ability to translate high-level program objectives into clear, actionable project plans and milestones.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience working in structured, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Competitive annual salary range of $55,600 – $79,400, depending on experience and location.
