- Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers responsible for developing and scaling core API services and platform infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-native development practices.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust API-first solutions.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews, coaching, technical guidance, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Drive agile development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable software products.
- Support team growth through performance management, career development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Promote innovation, accountability, and operational excellence while continuously improving engineering processes and workflows.
- 4+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in agile development environments.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally within SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in software architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading teams that successfully deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving priorities and business needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with AWS and modern cloud-native technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with programming languages such as Go and/or TypeScript is a plus.
- Previous experience in high-growth or remote-first organizations is beneficial.
