Job Overview

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital technical lead, ensuring the high-quality installation of complex ductwork systems across commercial and industrial projects throughout Florida. How You Will Make an Impact

• Interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications to execute precise sheet metal and fiberglass ductwork installations.

• Coordinate the placement and mounting of HVAC curbs and specialized components to maintain project integrity.

• Execute field work with a high degree of craftsmanship to ensure all systems meet the companys "no-shortcuts" quality standards.

• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite while collaborating effectively with a tight-knit team of mechanical professionals.

• Manage daily logistical requirements and hand tool maintenance to ensure consistent project momentum.

• Represent the company's core values of respect and accountability while traveling to various project sites across the state.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in sheet metal and fiberglass ductwork installation within a commercial or industrial environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and architectural drawings.

• Possession of personal hand tools required for standard sheet metal and HVAC installation tasks.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for consistent site arrival.

• Absolute willingness to travel statewide to meet various project assignments as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of specialized commercial HVAC systems and industrial duct configurations.

• Previous experience working on diverse project types ranging from new construction to complex mechanical remodels.

• Strong desire to participate in updated training and pursue a defined career path in the mechanical trades.
