We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at Montreal Eaton Centre, and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as an Operations Lead.
About the Role
As an Operations Lead, you will be overseeing the stockroom and retail operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the store. Including but not limited to…
- Oversee stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flow
- Monitor stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measures
- Perform regular stock counts and thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Ensure store staff adheres and follows standard operating procedures and company policies, maintaining a smooth and compliant work environment
- Support the execution of store promotions, pricing updates, and upholding visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team meet and exceed achieve performance objectives
- Support with store opening and setup
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
- A strong track record with 2-3 years of retail operations experience
- Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
- Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards
