This remote opportunity offers broad visibility, leadership responsibility, and the ability to contribute directly to products trusted by major organizations worldwide.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities, optimize product positioning, and support pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch execution and post-release optimization.
  • Translate business needs and customer requirements into structured product features, user stories, and development priorities.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate successful product launches across internal and customer-facing teams.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, guide strategic conversations, and improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Monitor product usage metrics, identify underutilized functionality, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and ARR growth opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and modern product management practices to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and product quality across workflows.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of SaaS Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing complex integration-heavy products.
  • Proven expertise in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading full product lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Strong B2B experience working with enterprise-level or Fortune 500 customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success organizations.
  • Experience managing software development lifecycle processes including backlog grooming, story mapping, prioritization, iteration planning, and user story development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience working with globally distributed Engineering and QA teams, including collaboration with teams based in India.
  • Ability to proactively identify, manage, and resolve dependencies, risks, and operational challenges across product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Pendo, or similar product management platforms is preferred.
  • Background in physical security technologies, camera systems, access control systems, or enterprise security operations is considered a strong advantage.
  • Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Equity and stock option programs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Generous parental leave program.
  • Quarterly wellness and mental health recharge days.
  • Learning and professional development stipend.
  • Home office stipend for remote work setup.
